Terms and Conditions – 55jj Pakistan Betting & Casino

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the 55jj platform, operated at https://55jj.im ("the Platform"). By creating an account, making a deposit or placing any wager — whether on sports, casino games or any other product offered by 55jj — you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use 55jj.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of your agreement with 55jj. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms take precedence unless explicitly stated otherwise.

55jj reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players of significant changes via email or on-platform notification.

To register and use 55jj, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout your continued use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 55jj is strictly an adult-only platform and we do not knowingly permit accounts held by persons under 18.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities, bots and automated systems may not hold accounts.
• You must be registering for your own personal use only. Accounts held on behalf of a third party are not permitted.

• You must not be self-excluded from 55jj or subject to any account restriction that would prevent registration.

55jj operates a one-account policy. Each person may hold only one registered account. If we identify duplicate accounts, all secondary accounts will be closed immediately and any associated balances or pending winnings may be forfeited. If you have lost access to an existing account, please contact our support team rather than creating a new one.

We reserve the right to request identity verification documents at any stage. This may include a copy of your national identity card (CNIC), proof of address or proof of the payment method you use. We may suspend account activity pending completion of verification. Providing false documentation is grounds for immediate permanent closure.

Your 55jj account is personal to you. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication details. Do not share your login details with any other person under any circumstances.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs on your account whether or not it was authorised by you. If you believe your account has been accessed without your permission, you must notify 55jj immediately at support@55jj.im so we can investigate and take protective action.

You agree to keep your contact details, including your registered mobile number and email address, accurate and up to date. Failure to maintain accurate contact details may delay or prevent identity verification, bonus eligibility, payment processing and support communication.

All financial transactions on 55jj are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 55jj does not apply currency conversion charges. The following deposit and withdrawal methods are currently supported:

• Easypaisa – Instant deposits, withdrawals typically within 5 minutes
• JazzCash – Instant deposits, withdrawals typically within 5 minutes
• NayaPay – Instant deposits, withdrawals typically within 5 minutes
• SadaPay – Instant deposits, withdrawals typically within 5 minutes
• Bank IBFT – Deposits processed within 1–2 hours, withdrawals same business day
• Visa / Mastercard debit cards – Instant deposits, withdrawals within 1–3 business days

The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. 55jj does not charge processing fees on deposits or standard withdrawals. Your payment provider may apply their own fees, which are beyond 55jj's control.

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been previously used to fund your account. This is a security measure to prevent unauthorised transfer of funds. If your original deposit method is no longer available, please contact support before requesting a withdrawal.

55jj reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before processing withdrawals, particularly for first withdrawals, large amounts, or where there are reasonable grounds to suspect account irregularity. We will communicate any such requirements clearly and aim to complete checks within 24 hours.

Funds deposited at 55jj are held in segregated accounts and are not commingled with operational funds. Your balance is not exposed to the platform's business risk.

55jj offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section. Participation in any 55jj promotion constitutes acceptance of its specific terms.

Wagering Requirements: All bonus credits carry a wagering requirement (also referred to as a playthrough or rollover requirement). This is the total amount you must wager before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for each bonus is stated clearly in that bonus's individual terms. Failure to meet the wagering requirement within the stated timeframe will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being removed from your account.

Bonus Abuse: 55jj actively monitors accounts for patterns of behaviour that constitute bonus abuse. This includes, but is not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using bonus funds exclusively on low-risk or mathematically advantaged bet combinations with the intention of satisfying wagering requirements while minimising genuine risk, and systematically exploiting specific promotions. Where abuse is identified, 55jj reserves the right to void the bonus, reverse associated winnings and close the account.

• Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash prior to meeting wagering requirements.
• 55jj reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household and per device.
• Cashback bonuses are calculated on net losses (deposits minus withdrawals) within the specified period and applied as bonus credits, not cash.
• Free bet credits are valid for the specific market type stated in the offer terms and expire if not used within the stated window.

55jj offers sports betting markets across a wide range of sports including cricket, football, tennis, esports and others. The following general rules apply to all sports bets placed on the platform:

• Bet acceptance: A bet is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation message with a unique bet reference number. 55jj reserves the right to decline bets at the time of placement if the odds shown are the result of a system error or if risk management criteria are not met.
• Odds: Odds are subject to change at any time before a bet is accepted. The odds displayed at the time of bet placement are the odds at which the bet is recorded, subject to confirmation.
• Void bets: A bet may be voided if the event is cancelled, if fewer than the minimum required number of overs are bowled in a cricket match, if a match is forfeited or suspended, or if an obvious pricing error is identified. Voided bets are returned to your account balance as cash.
• In-play betting: In-play bets are accepted subject to real-time market availability. 55jj reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time. Any bet placed after the outcome of an event is known, whether due to a delay in odds updating or otherwise, will be voided.
• Maximum winnings: Maximum single-event and accumulator winnings may be capped. These limits are displayed within the bet slip at the time of placement and in the specific sport/market rules.
• Accumulator bets: In the event that one leg of an accumulator is voided, that leg is treated as a non-runner and the accumulator is recalculated with the remaining legs. The total odds are adjusted proportionally.

Cricket betting on 55jj covers PSL, Pakistan international matches and major global competitions. Casino games on 55jj — including live dealer games, slots, table games and game shows — are provided by licensed third-party studios. The rules of each game are governed by the rules published by the game provider, accessible via the information panel within each game.

Live dealer games are operated in real time by human dealers. 55jj is not responsible for errors made during a live dealer game that originate with the game studio. All material errors that affect player balances will be investigated and, where confirmed, corrected in accordance with the relevant studio's error resolution policy.

Where we identify or suspect illegal activity, we may freeze affected accounts, report the matter to the appropriate authorities and disclose account information as legally required. Unavailability of the platform does not constitute grounds for a claim except where it directly causes an unresolvable discrepancy in your account balance.

55jj reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments may be made to reflect changes in applicable law, regulatory requirements, platform features or business practices. For the avoidance of doubt, nothing in these Terms affects any rights you may have under mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction of residence.

Any dispute or claim relating to these Terms or your use of 55jj must be brought within twelve months of the event giving rise to the claim. Claims brought after this period will be time-barred to the extent permitted by law.
