  • Game providers: Third-party casino game studios receive your player ID (not your full personal identity) to enable game sessions, record results and settle jackpots. These are pseudonymised identifiers, not your name or contact information.

Payments & Financial Data

All financial transactions on 55jj are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) using locally trusted payment methods. The specific financial data we handle in connection with your payments includes your deposit and withdrawal history, the payment method account references you use and the PKR amounts involved in each transaction.

55jj does not store full card numbers, CVV codes or full bank account numbers. Payment card processing is handled entirely by PCI-DSS compliant processors who deal directly with the card networks. What 55jj retains is a tokenised reference to your payment method — enough to recognise it for future transactions but not a set of data that could be used to initiate unauthorised transactions if extracted.

Mobile wallet references for Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay and SadaPay are stored in encrypted form and used only to process your transactions and match withdrawals to the correct registered method.

AML monitoring: 55jj is required by its operating licence to monitor financial transactions for patterns consistent with money laundering. This means our systems automatically flag unusual activity — for example, large rapid deposits followed immediately by withdrawal without significant wagering. These flags are reviewed by trained compliance staff, not shared externally without legal cause. This monitoring is a legal requirement and is not used for any commercial purpose.

Data Retention

55jj retains your personal data for as long as your account is active and for a defined period thereafter as required by our operating licence and applicable regulatory obligations. The specific retention periods we apply are:

  • Account and identity data: Retained for the lifetime of your account plus a minimum of five years after account closure, as required by AML regulations.
  • Financial transaction records: Retained for seven years after the date of each transaction in compliance with standard financial record-keeping requirements.
  • KYC verification documents: Retained for the account lifetime plus five years post-closure. Original document images are stored in encrypted form and access is restricted to compliance personnel only.
  • Support communications: Retained for two years after the support interaction is closed unless the matter is subject to ongoing regulatory or legal proceedings.
  • Technical and usage data: Aggregated and anonymised after thirteen months. Individual session logs are retained for up to six months for fraud investigation purposes.
  • Marketing consent records: Retained for the duration of the consent plus two years to demonstrate consent was properly obtained.

After the applicable retention period, data is securely deleted or permanently anonymised so that it can no longer be linked to an individual. Data subject to ongoing regulatory investigations may be retained beyond standard periods pending resolution of those proceedings.

Children's Privacy

55jj is an adult-only platform. We do not knowingly collect personal data from persons under the age of 18. Our registration process includes age verification and we actively monitor for indicators of underage account use. If we identify an account held by a person under 18, that account will be immediately suspended, all deposits will be returned and any personal data will be deleted to the extent legally permissible.

Data Security

Your role in security: 55jj can only protect the data we hold. You also have a responsibility to keep your login credentials secure. Use a strong, unique password for your 55jj account. Do not share your password with anyone — including people claiming to be 55jj staff. 55jj will never ask for your password.

Policy Updates

55jj reviews this Privacy Policy at least annually and updates it whenever our data practices change in a material way — for example, when we add a new type of data processing, engage a new category of data processor or when relevant regulatory requirements evolve.

When we make material changes, we will notify you via the email address associated with your 55jj account and/or via a prominent notice on the platform before the changes take effect. Minor clarifications and formatting changes that do not alter the substance of the policy will be made without individual notification, though the Last Updated date will always reflect the most recent revision.
